Khoramshahr (a city in Southern Iran), is a track by exiled Iranian musician Morteza Darestani dedicated to the many brave people who lost their lives in the Iran-Iraq war. The song had to be recorded by a different group because Morteza was banned by the regime from any musical performance.

Badbadak (Balloon), a song by exiled Iranian musician Morteza Darestani about a child’s longing for a martyred father and the pain of his absence. This song was given permission by the Guidance Ministry to be played by Seda-va-Sima (the official state media broadcaster), but the media in Iran were prohibited from playing this track by the Iranian regime after being aired just two times.
